I tried to get the thunderstorm skull and I successfully destroyed all 5 cones 2-3 times with score attack turned on and the skull never appeared, but when I turned it off it worked on the first try. I don’t know if this was intentional or not, but I wanted to put this out there.
This sounds like a bug. I wouldn’t have thought it would be intentional.

The reason I thought it may have been intentional is the timer at the bottom. You have to destroy the 5 cones in 2 minutes, and I thought maybe they did not want a timer at the bottom. But then again, if you don’t make it the last cone isn’t there.

True, I have done it, but I did it on the normal campaign mode.
