There should be thumbstick callibration options in this game because thumbsticks get old and worn out and they become sloppy and hard to fine aim. The time this takes verys from controller to controller and obviously time use. There should be a look sensitivity setting for the begining of the thumbstick and the end of the thumbstick and dead zones. I realize this is an advanced setting that most people probably would not use, but should be there for those who would like to take advantage of it. This is a pretty involved game and it really sucks to have to go and buy a new controller when sloppy thumbsticks most of the time could be solved by the game itself. I think more people would use this option as their thumbsticks wear, then they could wait much longer before bying a new controller.
