Alright I hope others know what I’m speaking of but here it goes…
Looking around and aiming with the thumbsticks feels unnatural. Something isn’t right about it.
FYI----
Thumbstick Layout: Default
Button Layout: Universal Bump and Jump
Look Inversion: Not Inverted
Bumpers & Triggers: Default
Look Sensitivity: I’ve tried them all… usually I’m around 5
I played around with the sensitivity so much and yet it still never felt right. I consider myself pretty good at Halo and just cannot get any rhythm or a good feel going. I hooked up to go and play on the 360 and I felt perfect nearly dominating every game. I had 29 kills my last match because something was the way it was supposed to be. I knew something is off with the Master Chief Collection on Xbox One.
I did have myself convinced that it was the 60fps 1080 was making Halo feel foreign to me and that in time it would feel natural again. So trust me… I understand the frame rate and resolution can make a game feel different BUT… I’ve put in a decent amount of time and it still feels off.
But then I realized…
When looking around, the axis moves much quicker left-to-right than it does up-and-down. No matter what I do it is like that. I cannot stand it and it has ruined Halo for me. So that especially complicates things when moving diagonally because it barely moves up or down but will fly to the one side.
Does anyone else know what Im talking about? Anyone else dealing with the same issue?
