Finally saw it being used how I hope to use it. Thinking it will probably be my favorite ability.
Thruster Pack is my favorite Armor Ability, it looks so awesome.
I think thruster pack is a good replacement for evade, I just wonder how it will work in infection if they even use it.
It also flash-bangs nearby enemies
I was originally annoyed by the nerfed distance it went compared to Evade, but judging from this video it has amazing speed. It’s back on my list

Zombies never should have had evade in default infection anyways. It was more like fighting ninjas than zombies. Now they’ll have sprint regardless, and it will be interesting if they try giving zombies promethean vision.

More push button tactics if you ask me. A tool for those who struggle to throw people off through default movement.
Im loving the thruster pack. Its a really cool AA and I can see it being used to get out of a lot of tough situations. Either that or it should help strafing.

I think this lines it up to be the most aggravating of all new AAs. Time will tell.

Sorry I’m so impatient. TP is looking like a crutch to me. I hope it’s regen time is high enough that it can’t be “leaned” on too often.

It’s a tool like any other armor ability. Like Promethean Vision is a tool to increase awareness of the situation to gain an advantage. Like Hologram is a tool to throw people off to gain an advantage.

Well it can only be used once per charge and looks like it will have a long cool down to me.

I’m sorry, I don’t agree with you. If it’s anything like evade I will consider it a crutch to cover up an inability to creatively move during combat. Tactics at the push of a button.

But TP seems to have no real disadvantage compared to other AAs that DIRECTLY effect combat. Or should I say it seems to offer more.
