Promethean Vision is very strong and handy.
Jet Pack lets you get to impossible places.
Thruster pack is the best looking armor ability. It makes the spartan look very athletic and agile. If only it could do more. Thrust further/quicker or two thrust per charge.
343 give Thruster Pack a little help. It has so much potential.
Agree, I love using the Thruster pack just for the little umpff you get from it, but other then dodging potential lethal bullets around a corner which only works 50% of the time I find relatively no use for it. Although dodging mid air is always fun.
Agreed, conceptually its a great device but it needs to be more effective. Ive been trying to use it in multiplayer, but it has rarely done its job.
I’ve been using thruster since day one. I agree that it could use a slight buff to match it against the other aa’s. If left as is, you should be able to boost twice. If kept to a single boost, the speed and distance need to be SLIGHTLY bumped up. Anyone else agree?
It’s good for dropping down to areas quickly and when you go up lifts, you can delay going up by a second (which is everything in Halo) in case they pre nade the lift you are going up.
I agree that the Thruster isn’t as signifgant. Needs a slight buff. Not Reach evade distance but a little bit more than just a delayed strafe that looks cool.
you -Yoink- me? I always get juked by thruster pack, if you are getting hit long range, just thruster pack and it’s like impossible to hit them in the head while they are thrusting.

Yup. I should be able to thruster out of the area of effect from a rocket with the thruster ability…

I’ve been using it alot lately, and I must say it’s alot more useful than I thought it was. I mean it could use a buff but it’s best if it’s a small one.
I think it is a ninjas best weapon.
Thruster is useless as it is.
Thruster pack works amazing in campaign however somehow it got nerfed to hell in multiplayer the campaign has it perfect I would love to see the campaigns version of thruster pack in war games
Thruster pack is fine as it is and I will use it on all my loadouts. After using it for so much very rarely do I get killed due to the thruster pack not thrusting me far enough, it really has saved my life so many times.
Its good for long, short and close range battles. Just as long as you become use it and you know its strengths and weaknesses.
I hate thinking I can use Thrust to get on a ledge and fail, turn around do the same jump with sprint and make the jump with ease… the thrust looks amazing but comes up short. Like a Lamborghini with a 180hp electric engine.
