Halo 5 had a great multiplayer experience, by far the best since halo 3 if we only take in account competitive. I agree the gameplay had huge problems such ground pound, charge, but also aim and sprint aren’t welcome. I wanted so bad an halo 2 with thruster pack, we won’t see any of this but to have a solid mechanic such the thruster still in the game brings hope for the future of the 10-years-game.

I’m sure it’s gonna be something like a pickup equipment like all of the other items, excited for it, either way. Halo Infinite looks sick so far and i’m so ready to play it when it launches.

100% in multiplayer, however there’s a chance we’ll get permanently in champain because they once said the grapple wasn’t the only permanent equipment.
However, since infinite is supposed to be a platform for the next 10 years, I’m pretty sure there will be a playlist with a spawn like halo 5. I hope!
As long as it’s a pickup and customizable, I’m all for it.

I’m glad it’s just equipment. Having thrust as an ability and using it non stop in h5 was boring. Having less abilities and more equipment in infinite will give the game more variety and be more fun in my opinion.
i think it’s dope that thrusters are back as a pickup, that’s really cool!
This would be awesome. Loved the thrusters in Halo 5. One of the best parts!
So long as it’s not a default ability I’ll be happy, it’ll do wonders for custom games.
