In the IGN Flood Mode Walkthrough video it appears the Flood player speed boosts through a player and infecting them as seen at this point.
Who is looking forward to mowing down some poor unsuspecting humans? Do you think there will be other AA features exclusive to Flood Mode?

Maybe you don’t even have to be in Flood Mode to kill people with sword while thruster packing.
Note that in that video they also said that their still tweaking which AA’s to have and whatnot. Could be different in the final MP version. (I know the games finished, but they will most likely still be tweaking the MP damages and stuff)
Yeah, honestly it just looks like you can attack while you thrust.
Maybe you will be able to fire your guns while you thrust too? Just your reticle will be gone, and your aim will be disoriented, so you are very unlikely to hit your target when you do it?

I’m pretty sure while the guy was thrusting someone else killed the human.
Another reason to love thruster pack! it’s definitely going to be my main AA.
It almost looks like he got splattered by the force of the thruster pack.
