I had three ranked Arenas, with three leavers in a row.
Please punish the leavers hard, this is no fun at all and destroys the game.

No incentive to win, even in ranked. If you get a positive KD you will go up regardless.
There is no exp ranking… it should be like Halo 3… win matches for xp, leave you lose xp.
People being put into matches with people above their skill level. I.E. plats vs high onyx in ranked. (that’s the game and their fault right there)

That would more than likely cause a loss of players, AND CUSTOMERS than anything. that’s 3 people in this case that can’t make up teams anywhere not to mention that would open grounds for a lawsuit on xbox since you PAY for the internet service on that. How do you know they didn’t crash? so now you have accounts frozen because games crashed that would be a HUUUGE lawsuit can of worms you just opened, not to mention actually freezing their account will cause them to not be able to play other games, which would be grounds for the lawsuit that your game crashed and now you can’t play anything for a week, that pretty much bricks your system, which means DOUIBLE JEOPARDY LAWSUIT!! If word got out that Microsoft was freezing accounts for crashes or leaving a game in progress… oooh boy the mayhem…

Are you sure all 3 left and none crashed?? Are you sure they didn’t have something come up in their lives outside of video games??
I have had the issue on PC, where my game has crashed multiple times, I think the issue here is detecting a hard crash vs a person selecting to leave the game, a cool down penalty for those, and the ability to rejoin for those who have crashed.
When did they leave?
Before the game started, beginning, middle or end?

I think if there was more playlists people wouldn’t quit as much. Especially if there was a 25m radar in ranked games.
Radar is my bug bare of the week I think.

most likely due to the disconnect/crash bug… it sucks, don’t get me wrong… I’ve got you beat, I had about a 2 hour session a few weeks back where every single game was a 3v4. It sucks, but also remember the devs have not done anything over the holidays. surely there will be changes coming.

And this is my problem? Nope.
This is why it’s heavily preferred to find people you can actually rely on before queuing up instead of relying on RNG Teammates that the AI Matchmaker picks for you. There’s no way an AI is going to give you good teammates all the time, it’s just not possible. IT really shows too in games were teams consist of small members and being down a player really hurts the team badly.
Letting the AI pick your teammates for you is purposely putting yourself at a disadvantage/handicap.
