So I cleared the silver packs a while ago (around February or March), thus I only need to buy them during updates. Tonight I bought a silver pack that gave me a refund for one of the permanent unlock slots, but I still have the new variant of the SMG and DMR locked. As far as I’m aware, these two are the only rare reqs from MoR I am missing. I bought a gold pack since then, and it dropped 2 legendaries (not totally out of the ordinary, but with 2 far less rare options in the mix…). Are they bugged in the Req system, or did I just get a weird patch of bad luck? Has anyone else had luck grabbing these two from silver packs? Thanks for your response.

You will get them with Gold Req Packs. The SMG and the DMR are both extremely rare ( purple coloured ), that´s why you did not get them in Silver Packs 
.

Hey etiennecrux - thanks for the note. You did get me to revisit this, but when I checked both the release notes for Memory of Reach and also my Requisition inventory - both of these are showing the Threat Marker SMG & DMR are being just “Rare”…not “Ultra Rare”.
And I’m having the exact same problem as Sol Opacus. Admittedly, it’s a little frustrating when you’re doing the req grind and trying to unlock everything…but key items don’t unlock.
I’ve also had this same problem. Would be nice to get an answer for once from the forum team.
An answer would be nice, but doubt they will. They appear to be miscategorized, so if you want them, you will have to get gold packs.
Yep…you’re right matador. The SMG just popped for me after opening a gold pack.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I guess they got miscategorized or their rarity was changed before release without being updated in the Req system. I’ll just go back to opening gold packs then. No complaints here, I’ve been getting great Reqs lately.

Not necessarily, gold packs will unlock rare and lower if there are open slots in the table. Thats why its beneficial to go through the pack progression. So you’re not buying something for 10,000 that you could have had with 5,000.

If they’re rare then they are miscategorized in the req card system, because silver packs only give me single-use cards and 3000 req points now.
Hey everyone!
I just checked it again, and yes in my inventory they are both shown as “Rares”. BUT, i got both ( the DMR and the SMG ) out of Gold Req Packs. So there must be something wrong with the categorization of these Items. Sorry for calling them “Ultra Rares”, but the way i got them seems to me like they were Ultra Rares…

i cant have the new smg and dmr in silver pack, i hace 3k req point 
I have take the new dmr in a gold pack. I dont know why in the silver pack we cant have it.
not big fan of threat markers. not very useful
Just a heads up: it looks like they fixed the drops for these two loadout weapons with the release of the Hog Wild, as I was able to obtain one in a silver pack recently (I had gotten the other in a gold pack before the update).
