I started having problems right after the update. No games for an hour. The solution is a hard reset. After stated that the update came broken, i343 deleted my thread.
But I thought i343 doesn’t go on these forums… ever… at all.
Wasn’t deleted, was moved to the Support forum.
They need to make a way of better communicating that to folks.

It’s not broken. Generally, when most people download the update at the same time, you won’t exactly find players who are online and ready to play if your download happened to download faster.
No, I really did wait for hours for a game. Right after I hard reset the system, I got a game in less then 10 seconds.
well they removed it for a reason, stop creating new ones.

Thats not an issue with halo, but with the xbox. A lot of the time it takes a hard reboot to fully add the update
I always hard reboot after an update. Kinda like a PC…
