Did it delete everyone’s posts from before? I made a long feedback post on Infinite and it’s gone now
Old Forum Posts will be coming back, they aren’t gone they just haven’t been migrated to Halo Waypoint vNext at this time.
Bruh I have literally no -Yoink!- clue what’s going on… I can’t find my service record. Borders are cut so I can’t read topics, all my forum posts and stats were deleted… wtf is going on someone help!
My legacy stats are not tracked anymore. They displayed on old waypoint but diapeared once the side relaunched.

The Forums are separated from the rest of the site. Your service record in under your profile picture on HaloWaypoint. If you are on forums.halowaypoint you will not be able to see the service record since forums are on Discourse now, not on 343is old built in system.

where are the achievements for the games i already played on also why is team raven is a thing on the waypoint
It’s not the biggest thing anymore, but I just noticed that too. Kind of interesting really, but being able to hide those is more of what I’m leaning at too.

Do you mean what displays when you land at the forums, or click ‘Home’? You can change that to default to ‘New’, ‘Latest’, ‘Top’ or ‘Unread’. When you get to preferences, click interface and you’ll see the ‘Default Home Page’ control for this.
It would be nice to have oher options in there though, like landing at ‘General Discussion’ or one of the others.

I’m going to be honest… not really liking the new forums at all. The presentation is clunky, font isn’t great on the eyes, and it just feels like there’s way too much going on. The lack of pages and the expandable subheading replies make it harder to navigate and harder to keep track of discussions. Not sure why the format had to change this much.

Seems like really nice UI. We just need Spartan companies for Infinite!
I hope we get more Infinite stats when the game launches. Right now it’s very bare bones.
I actually don’t really like it. Theres a lot of things that you cant see anymore including everyones past halo records that would be nice to see again.

@Sidious if you go to the waypoint website go to you Halo Infinite service record go to progress, go to challenges, on the left hand side of weekly challenges there is a option to click saying view upcoming challenges it show how many you have completed and it looks like we have to complete 20. Mine says I am currently at 16 out of 20.
Digging the new layout…I miss the badges…as well as the profile page…maybe I overlooked it…but all in all great design.

I very much enjoy the dark mode look, the snappiness of loading items, and the mobile view is pretty nice.
Miss the old accolades we had with the Lil badges under our names and ranks for forum activity

So far, I’m not a big fan of it. Seems like it got more cluttered, but in an obvious attempt to make it less cluttered. I also don’t like the fact that you can’t set your pfp, because mine is stuck being a purple/pink letter “B”. I saw people saying it grabs your pic from XBL, but that’s obviously not working properly, in my case. I also hate that all my old forum badges, history, etc… has been wiped. I was proud of some of that stuff. Sometimes I think 343 is smoking something wacky when they do stuff, and other times I’m pleasantly surprised by awesome decisions. This is one of those “smoking something wacky” moments. Oh well, at least information seems easy to find, and that’s what really matters in a forum.

Yet another update where we get less than before, all in the name of… well, I don’t know. I like the font and general layout of the new forums… but nothing will ever beat bnet’s forums. I miss my gold bar. Getting rid of ranks? facepalm Definitely some missteps. I hear the reasoning that it’s to prevent spamming… so get better moderators.
I’ll be the first to admit… I am very extrinsically motivated. I like earning things, working towards some sort of achievement or reward… like forum ranks or badges. Back in the bnet days, the coloured bar was an incentive to post… the threat of the banhammer was the incentive to not spam, and the result was this introvert finding a real community of people to interact with over a mutual love of the game. So much so, that when I got to go to HaloFest back in 2011… I met people who actually knew me by my bnet username… that was mindblowing for me.
Visually, I think the new forums are clean and play well… Discourse has some nice elements to it… but like the lack of ranks in Infinite… the lack of ranks here feels like the death of something great, not the rebirth of something amazing.
Just my two cents though.

I havent tried it out on mobile yet but I must say I’m really liking it so far. If I have any changes in mind, ill come back and edit this reply but I’m pretty sure from what I played with so far, 343i has really out did themselves with this one and expect only higher quality in the future.
