I’m not gonna say anything yet so here’s the question. What are your thoughts about Jun and halo 4.
He’s my least favorite character in the entire Halo franchise. I clearly have a bias, but I don’t really want an annoying, talkative sniper who only wakes up sleeping enemies to be in the game.
Jun, I have no clue. If your saying he’s going to be in Halo 4 then no. I still wondering if Halo 4 might be good or not.

I doubt that Jun will be in Halo 4, if that’s what you were thinking, even if we don’t know what happened to him (it’d be cool if 343 made A Fistful of Arrows canon).

That’s rather off-topic, but how and ever.
There could be a noble team Easter egg in the game, which means Jun could be in Halo 4.

Ok here my thoughts. I think he might make an appearance. Will he be part of the campaign. No.
And is he really that f-ing stupid. Really.

Kat saves most of them with her computer skills. She opens doors, regains communication with the UNSC and much more. Jun didn’t do anything useful!
Jun, as well as the rest of Noble, was only stupid because of Reach’s extremely poor AI. From an In-Universe perspective Jun would be as competent and lethal as any Spartan. Where Jun is is unknown but if he lived and evacuated with everyone else from CASTLE Base then he could have been brought into the Spartan IV project, just like Parangosky said would be extended to the other Spartans.

They’re all useless when you’re playing… :L
Jun was kind of the King of Trolls as some points, but he was an interesitn character nonetheless.
I remember that after Reach came out everyone was speculating that “if there was ever a Halo 4”, Jun should’ve been it. It’d be interesting to see.
yeah we all hate him but just watch MC will be in deep -Yoink- and cant get out and all of a sudden the backup is Jun and a couple of sparten 4’s and helps you shoot your way out. thats it. a nice pop in and just as quick out.
He was good on The Package (and by that, the only Noble Team member who was firing at the enemy), bad on Nightfall and likely elsewhere.
If there’s a stealth mission involving him, it should be possible to get rid of him (the easiest way would be to bring back Halo 3’s resurrection system).
There are only 2 opportunities to stop Jun from interfering on Nightfall:
- block him behind two supply cases at the second area. He’ll still teleport when you cross certain points
- at the area with the bridge, push him off the cliff and keep him in your sight until you get a checkpoint. He’ll never teleport again
There are only 3 stealth opportunities on Nightfall, first one being at the beginning. Isn’t that just sad?
Jun talks too much and Halo 4 looks amazing.
He talks to much, wakes up enemies when you’re trying to be stealthy, and follows you and attracts enemies when you’re trying to sneak around the chaos on Legendary.
In short, I hope he isn’t in Halo 4… and would much rather have 343i come out and say he died a hero defending Halsey on Reach and not try to fit him into the future story.
No, he should never exist again, in any way. He almost killed me.
I shoot a Jackal with my magnum and unload some lead into his back, then all of a sudden Jun shoots the flying dead Jackal and I lost so much health from that conundrum it showed that I had ZERO bars of health but I was still alive, so one more shot from anything like a plasma pistol would kill me until I got some health back along with my shields.
