343 can care less what peasants who bought this game have to say. They’re rolling in millions of dollars that just left all of our wallets. They’re playing a whole different game than ‘HALO’ they’re playing a game of PROFIT. 343 wins in the end whether this game is good or not. Speaking of which, I’m really disappointed in this game the MULTIPLAYER PLAYLISTS SUCK. 343 deliberately sold us all a $60 BETA. We need TEAM SNIPERS, TEAM DOUBLES, SWAT, PERMANENTLY. Last but not least the fact that this game is missing a 1-50 rank goes to show that whoever is in charge of the development of this game must not be a competitive gamer themselves or they would of known the importance of including a 1-50 ranking system. As of right now the multiplayer aspect in this game straight up sucks and gets boring really fast.

The games art style looks like Halo Reach V2 with even more COD rips. And just to solidify my point of how important a 1-50 true skill system is Id rather play Halo 3 at this point. It just sucks there’s not enough people playing that game because the sheep in this world all flock on what’s newly marketed to them

It’s the same whiners like you that have caused BF3 to be patched to death and deem it damn near un-enjoyable to play.
At least you aren’t a nerf baby. We get it, there are some issues with the game. IT’S BEEN OUT FOR A WEEK. Give them a break. If they are smart, which I’m sure they are because they made a great game, they will fix these issues.
You should have picked better things to complain about. Like:
Numerous hardware problems.
No dlc sharing between accounts on the same xbox.
Double xp but the cap that only allows you to play for two or three hours of games.
Losing said xp matches by the dozens.
Getting kicked out of matches to fall back hoppers, or the menu.
The insufferable lag.

Halo 3 wasn’t the holy grail the so called hardcore players think it was. When that game came out people thought it was garbage and when compared to Halo 2, it was.
Just let that game go, don’t try to compare Halo 4 to anything in the past. This is not Bungie’s Halo, it’s like a Batman or 007 movie, each one is totally different. The actors, everything, this is a retelling of Halo and it’s evolving. You say that the game is boring, well I honestly think that Halo 3.5 would have been boring, since that’s what everyone seems to have wanted Halo 4 to be.
Ranking in video games doesn’t mean anything. If you’re so “OG” you’ll remember why we USED to play Halo in our parent’s basements with four TVs hooked up to four Xboxes. It was a little thing we used to call called “FUN”. I play Halo for fun, a fictitious number by my name doesn’t mean a -Yoink!- thing and isn’t going to stop me from enjoying another fine installment in the best franchise on the Xbox.

If you want to play competitive, get into MLG or something instead of trying to show off your epeen to a bunch of noobs over xbox live. Just because there is no official ranking system, doesn’t mean that the game isn’t competitive.
