Just in case this isn’t part of the feedback for the Live Team’s outcomes report; let me be clear; challenges as the only means of progressing the battlepass (or military rank level for that matter) NEEDS to change, the system as a whole should be scrapped entirely in my opinion.
Every time I try to get back into the game (Tac Ops event as an example) I just get so frustrated with how awful the system is.
“Get 10 kills with the BR in the tac ops playlist” I play 4 games of mangler/sidekick swat before I get a BR game and then I get 10 kiills with the BR in that 1 game and get a new challenge to “get 10 kills with the mangler in the tac ops playlist”. Like really?
Also don’t get me started on having to get killjoys and specific multi-kills/sprees
Oh and don’t forget how many challenges fail to track properly. Within the first month of the game I opened 10 support tickets for challenges not counting my progress (The most egregious example being destroying a full warthog with a sniper and earning a triple kill medal but not getting any progress for my challenge with the description “get kills with the sniper rifle”)
The fact that they mentioned being able to see challenges in the menus coming means challenges aren’t going away, so can we at least get a major overhaul and other ways to ear XP (again for BOTH battlepass and military rank level)?
