Its not 343i fault. Xbox live has had issues the past couple days. The increase in the “retrieving data” and difficulty in starting a downloadable version of a game are the result of this.
Yes I know “retrieving data” has occurred before but the increase in occurrence is do do Xbox live issues not server issues.
