I have been temp banned from earning credits in halo reach! Why? I have done nothing wrong at all. I was never afk, never cheating, never boosting, and always played by all the rules. Yet I was banned. Now I am very confused. Why was I banned? How long will the ban last? Where or how do I contact customer support? I have searched for over 4 hours looking for a reason why I was banned and a way to contact customer support. I was not able to find any information out what so ever. I even called the xbox main number and they had no clue how I would go about contacting customer support. If I do not get some type of answer I will be fileing a formal complaint with Microsoft.
What gamertag has had a temp credit ban placed on it. the name GracedPayload has no Reach gaming history attached to it.
Also just to clear things up it is only fellow gamers like me who can offer advice as to why you have a ban. 343 do not reply to these messages and rarely comment on the forums.
And just to clarify, have you perhaps hit the daily credit cap of 200,000 credits. That triggers a tempoary credit ban but it is reset at midnight in your local time zone.
As Slayer of Flood has said, the gamertag you have posted with hasn’t played Reach. In order to check why you were banned we would need to see your game history. Please provide the gamertag that you regularly play with in order for us to look into your issue.
I am experiencing the same issue as well, I have always played by the rules of the gui, anything to fast track credits is what I have only ever done… Like every normal person wantin to get 20mill cr… Ie, complete commendations the fastest way the game allowed me to.e.g. Guntpocolyps… My temp ban has been for about 3 days now…and they only reason I can’t think of was because I played in a single game (party of 8) to get earn my last 70 multi kills… Why would I get banned for playing in a party of 8, searching for a playlist when the game allows me to…
this temporary ban is illegitimate gui error and I’ll be glad to prove it to 343… I’ve never been banned for anything like this ever before… Having a temporary cr ban display, premanently is a completely sepreate issue. Let’s work together 343

I just got banned too. I was playing grifball and mid game it said “This Xbox 360 Console has been temporarily banned from earning credits.” And then it said it again when I was in a lobby a few minutes later.
