It means get three “Perfect” medals.
No wasted shots from a semi auto or burst fire weapon, draining shields and getting a kill in the fewest possible number of hits. Pretty easy with the BR and Stalker Rifle IMO, but the Sidekick isn’t too hard either.

Because a “Perfection” is “winning a match with 15+ kills and 0 deaths” =P
All joking aside, yes, it should just say, “Earn Perfect Medals”. But I’m assuming 343 wanted to word it in a way that people who don’t know what a perfect medal is (yes, they exist) could understand what is required of them. I don’t think they were successful though…
And in case you’re wondering, yes, it works for Shock Rifle perfect kills.

Because a Shock Rifle is technicly not a 1-hit kill. Just like the BR it has 3 burst shots and all 3 have to hit (with at least the last one in the head) if you want to kill with just a single pull of the trigger.
