Trying to get 5 Splatters is ridiculous!
BTB is broken, so trying to even get into a match is nigh impossible.
Quick play is the only other playlist that has vehicles and only TWO MAPS have them.
Behemoth is the only viable map to get a Splatter because there’s NO ROOM to maneuver a vehicle fast enough in Launch Site!
Whoever thought this was a good idea while having the issues BTB is having, should be ashamed of themselves!

Be patient, you’ll hopefully get into a BTB and knock it out in 2 matches like my buddy and I did.
To me, it made sense to keep trying to get in to BTB as opposed to hoping to get it on a small map.
I do 100% agree that this challenge should’ve been replaced until btb was fixed.

Pretty much all of this. It’s one of those situations where butting your head against the wall to get into BTB matches is most likely going to be the better choice if you really want to get it done, for one reason or another. Definitely hard agree that the challenges that are most realistically going to be done in BTB, especially if it’s the weekly ultimate, need to be dropped out until the mode’s matchmaking issues are fixed.

It took me 3 or 4 matches. But, in my opinion, it should have never been a challenge in the first place, because it changes how the games are played. 100% of my BTB matches were with several players just driving around on mongooses and empty Warthogs trying to get splatters.
Also, it doesn’t even show up as a challenge until you completed all the other ones. So here I thought I finally completed it after grinding for them all week, and this seemingly difficult challenge shows up, which caused me to get to bed super late.

I finally finished it…
in a game of Quick Match CTF on Behemoth.
You were right about BTB.
Too many others trying to complete the challenge made it impossible to get a vehicle.
I had given up and just went to play Quick Match when I got it.

This is the very root of the modern game “challenges”. Forget actually working as a team, to win a game. Lets just drive around randomly, to complete a challenge.

It was a bad challenge. I got 4, then activated a double xp hour and didn’t end up even getting into a match with vehicles until later that night. Meanwhile btb was giving me an error all day. I felt like the game was screwing me on purpose.
Try crushing them with the wasp that’s how I got mine.

I got lucky during a Team Slayer match on Behemoth and was able to get four of the five splatters in a Ghost. From there, getting the final one was pretty easy—it just took a little patience to get onto the right map (BTB is broken for me, so I’ve had to rely on the two 4v4 maps that actually have vehicles). I feel your pain, though. It’s really stupid how 343 broke BTB matchmaking and is still giving us challenges based around vehicles.
I did this in Fiesta. The games are faster than Quick Play.
But yeah, it took me 6 games to get a single game on Behemoth.

Slayer on Launch Site last night and got 5 splatters in the Ghost in one game. Probably the easiest challenge I’ve had to do even though I don’t ever use vehicles usually.
I had to give up on this one as I couldn’t get a vehicle map to save my life. Plus I had work the next morning. Pretty frustrating since I know it’s a challenge I could have easily completed had I been given the right maps.

Honestly I got it in one round the k god it was slayer. One round on bahemorh got the ghost than I use the chopper for the last one. Also fell off the map getting the last one but I got it.
Hell I am at the point of when I see someone in a vehicle I may occasionally let them run me over.
Like F 343 I’ma help out the fellow gamer, even if they are on the other team

I got all five of mine in team fiesta on the streets. Yeah it took quite awhile but it is possible.
Yay… I reber when that backdrop was just a default emblem in the other halos. 343 mist be running out of ideas for content I guess

Fiesta has them on launch and behemoth if I remember. Random vehicle’s though
i just stopped caring. The lack of playlists, the asinine challenge to progress bs, and hilariously bad performance on pc just made me loose interest. For a live service game they sure as heck are not making me spent money on it.
