It’s silly really. I’ve bought several things. Call me a whale or whatever. But if something isn’t of interest, I just don’t buy it. Like that’s the core concept of capitalism. An object is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

I kinda do the same with them too if it’s not what I’m after I don’t buy it simple as that
Unless they make the coatings ,emblems and attachments universal to all items they are not worth anything. Why pay for an item only for a new Core to appear and now you have to start over.
Or pay for a coating and it only applies to one thing like one Armor core or one weapon…
This whole lock it to one item but pay all this money actually made me not want to buy anything like I like some of the coatings but I would like it ony guns vehicles and Armor without having to buy it 10 different times and also guarantee it would work on future cores I may like to wear

They they already get paid, regardless if the store succeeds or not.
All this is just extra. Also ots not alot of work to basically take the same color Red… cough cough Scarlet Wake… And just separate it into different names coatings and lock them to one core and sell it to us three different times.
Can’t wait till they sell us Scarlet hog ( basically scarlet wake red) for 20 bucks in a bundle that comes with 10 of the same emblems and one pose.

Also you can’t buy individual things either. Like if items were universal, they let us buy individual stuff from the bundle and added better veriety I would buy
I’m not sure about how that might turn out.
I wouldn’t want to pay $5 for a helmet attachment if the prices weren’t reduced.

Just saying, I know. It’s why I laugh at people that try to pass off BS as that person did.
All I know is, when people try to do that, I will call them out on it whether they like it or not.

This is true, but previous titles weren’t built around a battle pass/shop as Infinite actually is. So it makes matters worse than things were before Infinite released.
I’d say things like helmet attachments maybe $1. Like. Full on Armor 5 bucks.
The prices hold me back but mostly the fact that non of the stuff I buy now as it stands will work on future content, or will be super locked to one specific thing.
Hell at least Fortnite was like yes you can buy this bundle set but you can mix and match it with everything else you have. Want a backpack with a puppy on your Deadpool skin with Ariana grande Wings and money drop effect with a unicorn pick axe go ahead go wild.
Halo is ok pay me ten bucks for this color… Ok this color only works on this specific thing. Soooo of you want to go wild with it pay even more for the same.stuff

Well, it’s common to be able to mix and match.
I’m surprised Epic didn’t think of doing what was done for Infinite though.
It probably did cross their mind. It thought since the game is basically centered around creativity let the players have free reign on it
Respawn had a good monteziation scheme in Titanfall 2. You could get a whole slew of weapon/character colors for a reasonable price.
Hell, some of the weapon skins you could purchase even gave a permanent 2xp boost. I’m not sure why they didn’t model things after Titanfall 2, or better yet, even Warframe
Yeah, I guess they might’ve known better than to restrict it like that.
I don’t think this week’s offerings are worse than last week.

Dude so I just got back and haven’t played for around 4 days so I figured oh I can play 4 rounds and 
CK 4 things right. Nope it still one item a day, so if your didn’t play the event and you come back from holidays before it ends your not unlocking everything.
The hell was 343 thinking when they did this. Like most of us are away with family. Man they really do know how to mess up such a simple event
