343 just released this for the impatient ones. I see people saying the game sucks and all that but it wasn’t even close to the actual beta so just wait until the 29th where everyone can throw their true opinions out at the same time because everybody will get to play it for 3 weeks straight.
Don’t forget, the betas we’ve seen this past year have been mainly promotional builds of games. Just like Halo Reach, this is a TRUE beta, meaning unfinished code early on in development for testing and feedback on their new networking systems (netcode for the layman among us), and their new engine. Things will break, and I hope things do, gives 343 feedback!
Omg thank you!! Like for crying out loud it’s a beta for a beta for a gaming still a year away. Some ppl are beyond dramatic! It’s a beta its soul purpose is to have us the players tear the game apart essentially break the game so they can fix it. It’s NOT a demo they arnt saying here is the game check it out. With that said we are expected to criticize the heck out of the game but the way some of ppl are doing it has ZERO feedback " the game is garbage" “avoid the game” " I’m not buying this game" what game?? Sir this right here is a beta. Again not saying arnt entitled to an opinion but please throw feedback with that opinion

Complaining is worthless, feedback is essential.
Don’t like a feature, detail why you don’t like it, the impact it has on the game and provide a suggestion on what would work better and why. We have a great opportunity to shape the game we’ll be playing in a few years, don’t waste it complaining when you should be giving feedback

If you think it’s bad now, wait until the real beta starts. The halo community is going to be really divided on this. I think 343 is in trouble and I actually don’t think the game is all that bad. It just needs to be better balanced and they need to trim the fat on a lot of things.
What i dont get is… they said, get the MCC to be part of the Halo 5 multiplayer closed beta… They messed up the release of MCC, lets face it either way you look at it, they have… My mate hasnt got the MCC, he was part of a testing program where you test early releases of dashboard etc and this was a way of saying thank you, surely it would be fair to say okay, everyone who had the MCC can get the pre beta now as a part apology for messing up MCC…
Another thing, if this is a beta to test servers, which i think is a good idea, a beta to test the game, a beta to test the servers are all fine, brilliant idea but surely the beta to test the servers should be an open beta so maximum strain is put on the servers… All there doing by this is doing it so okay a few people will be playing it (it does seem to be quite alot but alot of halo fans are missing out) but there will be more on release of the beta and the full game… so it is pointless doing it closed…
What annoys me is there not saying sorry for messing up the MCC, theyve given a beta for a beta (which is playing the game which we all want to do…) to people who arent necessarily halo fans and ignored the halo fans… it would make more sense to give it to people who have MCC and say this is an apology but until the 29th its purely to test the servers, it will be 1 map and 1 game mode, on the 29th we will be accepting problems with the game its self, balancing etc and there will be more maps, more game modes etc… just doesnt work out to me… basically slapping everyone who had the MCC round the face… again…

343i just needs options for a classic experience. We can play infection, SWAT, and GrifBall(Halo 4 anyway). Why not a classic mode?
