Another thing from this video that jumps at me is that 50% of Halo is the universe and the MUSIC.
You can say that Halo 4’s music wasn’t loud enough, but it doesn’t even smudge Marty’s.

Because Halo offers them nothing of old.
Where is that music? Where are those epic moments? Where is the IMMERSION in the universe?
I’m not bashing Halo, but those people in the lines wanted it for campaign - Halo 4’s was lacking.
I facepalm at the fact that 343i didn’t even keep the main theme that has been in all the other main halo games. And there are no excuses either. When Bungie gave 343i all the rights to halo, they gave them everything, including the music. It was 343i’s choice not to include it. Sure we have that one small piece during the end credits, but the halo theme is the one song that was associated with all three of the first games. Unforgotten wasn’t around until halo 2. And telling us we have to look around the campaign for Seige of Madrigal isn’t going to cut it either.
I thought the new music was good, but the lack of respect for the classic halo music is pretty dissapointing.
And I’m also not a fan of the moaning lady everytime I load the game up either…

I don’t want to have to go through YouTube to find the best Halo songs, but seriously. Play H1-H3 and LISTEN. What makes the games epic is the music, that strange sounds when discovering a new place.
