So I’ve played through the campaign on normal mode (Going through on Heroic now) But I didn’t see any fabled grunt mechs. Afterwards I checked my stats just for fun, and I saw that there was a separate section dedicated solely to grunt mech kills. Do they only appear on certain difficulties? Maybe I skipped over a certain area of the campaign? I haven’t seen it in multiplayer either. Can somebody help me with this?
The Grunt Mech was only added to Warzone and Firefight.

Grunt Mechs are in the warzone playlist. When you a grunt kill medal next to the mech takedown medal that is how you know you got the actul kill shot on the mech. They are in all the warzone playlist, I would recommend heroic warzone firefight to go for those kills. It usually takes a very well timed tank shot.
