there is absolutely no excuse for halo 5, a game that has been out for over a year should never have trouble loading my player data at all! This should not ever ever happen especially when you’ve released an update every month for the past year to add to the game you could fix it! No excuses at all! And I don’t think it’s a server problem because I could join a game fine and my boosts and req points were all there but no other data, no armour no colours no emblems no weapon skins, it just said “there was an error retrieving your data please try again later” how about no I shouldn’t have to try again later because this problem should be nonexistent. This didn’t happen in halo 3, this doesn’t happen with 6 year old halo Reach, this doesn’t even happen in MCC so if a broken game like MCC doesn’t have this problem, HALO 5 SHOULD NOT EITHER! AT ALL! Fix this problem now it’s brutal and their are no excuses. Not one, my Xbox live connection is perfect my internet connection is perfect my game searching is pefecf, I have all of my arena and war zone boosts and REQ points but no customization at all or any other player data. Fix it fast And fix it now

Live was down for a period last night, so was waypoint, it was likely a server issue.

But the thing is that matchmaking worked perfectly

Consider yourself lucky, it was down for about two hours for most of us and the site and then profile sync issue was about four.
Yeah it was awful, especially when I would be in middle of a firefight game and the Profile Sync error would pop and get me killed at times.
