I want the M6J Carbine and the MA5K from the books and I’ll be happy.
On topic I quite like this list but it seems like too many weapons especially power weapons.

Pistol shouldn’t be 5sk.
That makes it inconsistent with the other two utilities which should be 4sk.

Didn’t they put a grenade or rocket pistol in the trailer though? Maybe that maybe one of the power weapons.

It’s a five shot because the DMR is a 5 shot. Now with the BR back and the health system gone, it will most likely be a 4 shot.
Don’t appear on the map when firing a silenced gun? You know this isn’t COD, right? Spartans have motion trackers which do not display when a person fires. Only when they’re moving around you, unless they’re crouching, will you see them.

If the BR in Halo 4 isn’t a 4sk, I will eat my shoe. I don’t want to eat my shoe (especially since it’s not a Croc).
The damages of the 3 human utilities (DMR, BR, Magnum) should be streamlined so that there isn’t any inconsistency, but changes in RoF, reticule size, clip size, and Scope are what would differentiate the weapons from each other so that they fulfill their “niches” (Magnum-shorter range, BR-medium range, DMR-longer range; all Mid range weapons) in gameplay.

Single shot doesn’t confirm the DMR. Covie carbine? Pistol?
EDIT: If I’m not mistaken, having the DMR in the game would be out of canon. I think 343 is trying hard to keep this game canon.

He did confirm a single-shot weapon like the DMR. As far as I’m concerned, the term “DMR” is a placeholder for a longer-ranged, single-shot utility Rifle.
