I think its an awesome playlist idea bro, however, I would change either medic or infiltrator to shotgun/scattergun, and the other one to AR/supresser/storm rifle. Having one wield shotty and the other wield cqb ( I s means sword or hammer of death) would be to much the same.
maybe for spartan ops but in multiplayer every player needs to have the same starter weapon and secondary’s could be the sniper rifles and shotguns etc.

I had the same idea except in mines, players in each role start with low tier, role specific equipment and based on their performance they can call in an ordinance drop that gives the next level of equipment.

That may be but, Armor Abilities were not part of halo until Reach, and Extraction wasn’t Halo until this game. Things adapt and playlists are added, who says this couldn’t be. Personally I like the idea.
You like playing Battlefield? With custom loadouts and some friends you can do this. Sniper will use DMR and medic will use suppressor, and it should be fine. With good communication it would be unstoppable force.
