Too weak. The biggest strength the plasma pistol had was its EMP effects on shields and vehicles. Now it only drains shields, but with the TTK being so fast, it doesn’t seem useful very much. No EMP means it really isn’t that good of a weapon. Anyone else agree?

Its not silly, its the sad truth. The time to overcharge and how crappy the homing is on it pretty much make the ‘noob combo’ require a ton of setup.

Not being able to EMP shields really made the plasma pistol pretty useless. I immediately drop it if I get it during fiesta matches.

I agree the plasma pistol is a bit weak. The buff it needs is the charged shot needs to charge .7 seconds faster

Kinda wish they just mixed the new Distrupter pistol with the Plasma Pistol. It could shoot electricity I stead of plasma or it could have red plasma as a call back to the brute plasma rifle. It could be charged to immediately emp vehicles and it could shoot the normal Distrupter Pistol like shots so it actually kills.
