This is why MP should never be Free to Play

Cheaters are exactly why Multiplayer needs to STOP being Free to Play. We need to set a new trend in the Gaming Industry where only the PvE side of games are to be Free to Play while the PvP part needs to be a MINIMUM of $60 bucks. The Halo Infinite’s Campaign need to be Free to Play while you charge $60 for the Multiplayer.

Cause with every MP game being Free to Play, you can ban cheaters all the live long day but since the game is free, those you ban will get new account and continue cheating. Now if the MP was $60 bucks, you can ban cheaters, they would think twice before cheating. Cause who seriously would spend $60 bucks over and over and over again with a new account just to cheat only to get banned again and having to spend $60 bucks again and again on new account to cheat only to get banned again?

343, you should charge $60 bucks for the MP, it’s not too late to make a price point of entry with MP right now since the game is coming out in 9 days and make the Campaign Free to Play for everyone. Set a new trend.

Well, the no-price entry point would certainly be inviting, but the lack of functional anti-cheat certainly isn’t helping.

From what I heard recently, Halo Infinite does have an anti cheat but the cheaters found a way around it.

Yeah, I’ve heard that too. Seems like the game files are a little too accessible to anyone who cares to look deep enough…

Anti Cheat won’t be enabled until full release is what I have heard. They are going to be using a modified version of EAC (Easy Anti Cheat).
