My matchmaking score in my service record is not showing up. I’ve played lots of games but when I look in my service record there’s nothing. Even for coms, there is nothing! Oh yeah, my csr is not showing to.

Not sure but we were on opposite teams. Btw does any messages pop up when you start H4?
Your stats aren’t showing up on waypoint either. CSR box is empty and it says you have zero matchmaking playtime.
Oddly enough, the rest of your stats are there just not your matchmaking related ones.
I can only theorize you got reset for some reason, or there was a glitch in the system. Here’s a picture for anybody interested.
Quite odd. I’ll check your stats on other sites as well to see if it’s a waypiont error.
EDIT: Blank stats on Halotracker.com as well. Quite odd indeed. Have you done anything questionable that would get your rank reset for any reason? It might just be a glitch in the system, but I haven’t seen this happen before so…
Strange… your rank is still there and campaign, spartan ops + coustom games stats are still there but matchmaking is compleatly gone

No, but when I press start it takes a really long time to load. Sometimes, it even won’t load. It just says: checking downloadable content.

That…is…strange…
i had the load thing happen to me. i fixed it by removing the hard drive and giving the xbox a good cleaning. return hard drive if it does not fix make, try and get it in there nice and deep.(giddy) i don’t know jack about the stats sorry.
I dunno, man. Try playing one Matchmaking game and see if it records. It almost acts as if you aren’t connected to LIVE when you play these matches. That’s weird…I’ve never seen this happen before. On the other hand, it gives you a clean slate to start from if you can get it to work again.

I am not happy about the clean slate thing. I really don’t want to start over.
This is a new one on me… I would suggest asking on the matchmaking forums. Maybe the monitors can ask someone at 343 to look into this.

No I have not been “misbehaving”.
