Doesn’t hurt the submit a voucher through xbox support. Sure it’s “only” $10 but with the way prices currently are in the game pass every dollar counts.
Just because some rationalise it as “ok” does not mean the rest of the community does. Just like the horse not everyone put up with or bought it. Sure some people try to push the goal posts but that doesn’t mean we should put up with it or just tolerate it. There has to be a point where we just say no more because many of us have had enough.
If they keep pulling this nonsense then 343i may end up killing the IP and become just as disliked as EA or Activision. I’ve tolerated it as much as I could with Halo 5 and I’ve let things slide for long enough due to the Halo brand but I’m at a breaking point where I feel like I’ve had enough.
Halo is the reason I mainly play on Xbox and 343i are literally going beyond the limits of tolerance and basically seeing how far they can go before people swear off Halo altogether and I find their behaviour disrespectful and insulting to the fanbase.

You keep mentioning this horse. It’s a completely different scenario here. Nothing in the game that you are commenting over that they are offering is of any significance in any manner here. The only thing is the 200 credits to level or whatever. And that’s normal for those who have a ton of money to waste. You can still play the game, and you can excel at it. Yet you are complaining because you don’t get the shiny items that make you look different at a cost you want to pay. Ugh, it’s ridiculous and sounds the same as a child throwing a temper tantrum.
The multiplayer is free. Call yourself down.
Cosmetic items are purely cosmetic, they don’t make gameplay unfair.
Do you realize that they invest hundreds of million into these games?
The amount of man hours and creativity and hard work invested is lifetimes worth of value.
All you’re doing is making excuses for 343i’s predatory systems. If you don’t care about earning stuff then fine but don’t act like unlocks are not important. Everyone enjoys their games in their way and it’s not up you to demand people see it your way only. 
This game should not have been F2P and it certainly should not have this MT nonsense designed this badly.

You’re complaining about a $20 cosmetic piece of in game armor,
But have you once taken into the account the designers that had to put in the countless hours to 3D model and graphically design that piece?
Non the less to be programmed and integrated seamlessly into a game from teams of people that have had to dedicate years and decades of their lives to make this virtual entertainment possible?
U can work at McDonald’s for $15/hr now a days,
So honestly realize the reality of the immense offset in value you’re actually receiving.
100s - thousands of hours of value for an exchange of 1-2 hours of you working for $

That’s fortnight, and they cater to a less… aged audience.
You know what yeh I’m complaining. You can try to pretend like it’s not important and make excuses to try move the goal posts to make some rational sense to this predatory system but I’m not going to put up with it.
Countless hours? oh yeh I know because I love making 3d models, texturing and doing stuff in Substance Designer/Painter but that doesn’t mean the higher ups get a free get out of criticism card. 
I have to draw a line at some point since I’ve had enough. Many talented people at many different company’s but some people are only after greed and many of the ‘designers’ you ironically mentioned probably won’t even get higher prices because they will go to their higher ups so this won’t even benefit them and how do I? because I’ve been in the industry for a while and don’t even get me started on the ‘crunch’ for people being forced to make more work in shorter times due to people demanding endless Battle Pass’s.

And with color sets and armor pieces locked to one armor core, 343 can charge you the same color set for each armor core and stifle our creativity and imagination.

Base game to include campaign and MP: $70
Battle Pass: $10 (Call of Duty: MW BP is like this and once you complete 100 lvls you earn enough in-game currency to unlock future battle passes)
Level up: Why should I have to pay money to level up my BP? There should be a better leveling up system i.e. COD: MW
Branded Team Gear: Won’t buy it but $10 I guess idk.
Swaps: If leveling up wasn’t as wonky as it currently is I shouldn’t have to worry about swapping challenges. I’ve completed all of my weekly challenges and swaps are offered through BP progression currently. But a better BP progression system like COD: MW would give you XP based off wins and performance.

Dear God, you’re complaining because it’s not cheap, yet you’re saying you do the modeling, and you’re saying you don’t get paid enough? Bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuh, they must either be really crappy models, or you’re not charging enough to be competitive in the market.
It’s not the fact that it’s expensive or not, it’s the fact that the pass is designed to be slow and spend money to level up or when you get stuck on challenges, it’s that, not the price of the pass.

Yes, you think it should be paid for, but to be honest with the replies I’ve read earlier, everyone wants it to be so cheap, there would be no reason for them to invest any real time into anything, and provide us with actual quality content because you all want it for absolute dirt cheap, and then complain about what you receive. You can either buy it, or not. Stop complaining.
