I have followed and participated in halo since the beginning for the shear fact that the core mechanics (until reach) were so competitive. With mlg settings. We’ve slowly gone further and further away since halo 2. And now it seems we’ve fallen off the edge. Once 343 fixed reach I was so trusting of them to take halo back to its roots. Now… I don’t have words. I understand they want to get more casuals to play with COD type mechanics… but if there isn’t a core halo game for people that want MLG and real balanced competition this will be the last halo game I purchase. I hope they change this or reveal the truth. Or I’m done. Rant over.

I missed the part were I cared if you bought it or not.
I don’t really know where the “you didn’t play it” argument fits in. We know how Sprint works, we know how uneven spawns work, we know how instant respawn works, and we definitely know how wallhacks work.
While at the moment Halo 4 doesn’t sound to great, it has 8 months at least yet before release. Plenty can/should/will change before then.

We’re not in denial. When I play it I’ll know if I like it or not but c’mon, it’s months til release.
I laugh at people complaining when they haven’t got a single clue what the games going to be like or anything. It’s amusing me more and more every time I see these kind of posts. Obviously there’s going to be classic playlists and all that. Can’t people wait for things to be explained…?
