This is regarding the Achilles armor

  1. I called Xbox a bunch of times and they were not able to do anything. My Spartan company has reviewed the Achilles armor set not the helmet. My ENTIRE company has received the armor set except me. I have tried all the trouble shooting techniques. Is there a way u can help? I was in the company when they recieved it

Can you verify that you were in the company at the time the Company completed Rank 3 in all Kill Commendations?

Did you join after the company got all the level 3 commendations?

If so, they will all have it and you won’t. It’s supposed to work like that.

I was. How exactly do I verify that?

I was in the company when they received it

I don’t know. You may want to ask the leadership whether you were temporarily removed from the company then put back in. I can’t think of a way to confirm/prove that you were a part of the company at the time of the Achilles awarding.

I was never removed though. I’ve been here and I know the leader. Do u know of any way I can contact 343? I really want to get this body armor considering its the only way to get it

The forums are the only place to contact 343i. Forum Team occasionally answers threads here. You could PM a Monitor or a 343i employee, but there is no guarantee they’ll answer.

I did not receive the commendation pack

Thanks. I have seen 343 respond to a past achilles issue here, so keep at it.

I posted this a couple of times and still have had no help. Also I believe I was supposed to receive the nightfall armor set for watching the full series which I watched yesterday. Do I have a wait time or was that a limited time thing. Please help me with the Achilles armor though
