I purchased a gold pack with req points…error came up it said req pack was purchased but could not be opened at this time go to open req pacls and try again. I go to open req
Packs I try to open the gold pack and it says. This req pack has already been opened. Like wtf come on

Next time you log in it should be there
this usually happens when there are server issues with h5 or even xbl

Happened to me before, log back in then go to open packs and voila!

I got back on…it said ypu have no unopened reqs…343i or Microsoft totally robbed me of req points…

As I said in my post your stuff will be in inventory. You did not get to see the new req cards because of the issue, but if you check your inventory you will see new req cards from the pack you just opened, but didn’t get to see.

Well…a waste is what I call it. What’s the point of it you buy it see what’s it got and ues them…if u don’t see what u got its just not on…because you don’t know what u got its unacceptable

That’s happened to me before but it was credited to my account already, you might have missed it but it should have already gotten to you.

I still think they stole my req points…I looked didn’t see anything new

Actually I got a lot. 3 banshee ultras a oni Gause hog…I thnk it gliched and gave me good stuff

I actually hope this happens again I got like 4 sword wraiths also 2-3 wraiths. And some more stuff
