I think this is a more suitable Arena playlists to engage every player out there without modifying the hell out of it. Because, seriously 343i, I love you but you are bringing me down with that messy unhearted arena playlists.

CTF and Strongholds with its proper variations, with the ideal addition of Oddball, KOTH or something like that.

Plain breakout.

Plain BTB

Plain FFA
-SWAT
BR and Pistols SWAT.
-Social Arena
A mix of everything with veto, no ranks, and type variations. It could be a kind of lab for 343i.
