Requisition Packs… So annoying. You have to open your wallet or playing only Halo 5 for a long time to get most REQs. As many people hate that all unlock items became part of Requisition Pack. Requisition System is unnecessary in Halo. Requisition simply means request. You can request gears only in Warzone. Why cosmetics are even there? So, this is how Requisition should be on next Halo games.
- No Requisition Point and Pack in game. - Cosmetic items, such as Helmet, Armor, Visor, Emblem, Stance, and Assassination, can be unlocked by only completing its requirement. - Single use items, such as Power Weapons, Vehicles, and Power Ups, are becoming permanent. You can unlock them by only completing its requirement. (there are two options) - Option 1. The amount of usage of Power Weapons, Vehicles, and Power Ups is limited (You can use it for ? times per game.). Once you reached maximum usage, you cannot use it again for that match. - Option 2. All Power Weapons, Vehicles, and Power ups are already on REQ Station with same limitation from option one. You do not need to purchase or unlock. - Maintain REQ levelBasically, there is no any Requisition Pack to buy. Everything can be unlocked by completing requirements.
doesn’t seem balanced to me. i’d rather have it be limited reqs so that people have to think before using a super awesome req. even if it is “limited” you have infinite of them. i do miss actually earning the cosmetic items though.
Personally don’t see the issue, I do think armour (and matching helmets) should be available once you hit a certain rank, same as emblems, this is more items up to and including ‘rare’, anything higher, including armour such as ultra rare/legendary can come from packs, my only complaint is that gold packs should weird more ultra rares and legendary per pack, opening a gold and getting rare armour but a ultra rare one off boost is a bit of a joke.
Also wish you could “turn off” certifications, so you’re less likely to get certain things (scout warthogs I’m looking at you!)
No, this is how the REQ system should be in Halo 6 and all Halos moving forward:
You have good ideas. But id rather not have 24 people at once with rocket launchers. Which will happen if that was the case.

Maybe, then the unlocks would work. We will unlock all REQs in future, and we might have bunch of rockets that we can use it for several times per game. We will have days when everyone is spawning with rockets.

You are totally right.
The REQ system was built off the fact that the 343 staff apparently has a thing for TCGs/CCGs, and wanted to replicate the feeling of opening a booster pack in the context of Halo. Fwiw, I think the system works well and ought to be carried over in some form in Halo 6, but I do miss that feeling of unlocking a sweet piece of armor because of doing something specific. I think the pendulum swung a bit too far in Halo 5- hopefully it will come to rest better in Halo 6.

Well, we don’t like the boost packs.
