So i was playing with my Company and some people started to send me messages telling that i will get what i deserve, that because i am italian i will die soon.
Now the question is: why people do that now? Specially now that a lot of people died? Why didn’t They get banned yet?

I would imagine you would need to report them for them to get banned, and they would follow the normal process.
Obviously this type of behavior is unacceptable, so your best bet is to follow the reporting system. I’ve found that it generally works pretty well.

It generally takes some time for the gears to turn on the XBL investigation side, but just keep reporting and give it a little time. It’ll happen.

That’s horrible. These people have no right to put something like this on Waypoint. Why they haven’t been banned yet is beyong my understanding.
Unfortunately, there will always exist few players who won’t respect some general rules of conduct. My recommendation is just to ignore these messages and have an enjoyable time playing the Halo game of your choice.

I’m so sorry to hear that. I think the best thing to do is to report them so 343 can deal with the ban. I think that they said that you’ll die from being Italian is because of the virus being in italy but nevertheless I hope you the best.
