I’ve been trying to view my profile on this site numerous time throughout the day and every time I tried I keep getting the same message over and over “Sorry, we encountered a problem while processing your request.”
So just now I logged in and now I am able to view my profile and everything just fine.
What gives…
343 just loves running halo. They could’ve at least notify everyone that from now you need to loggin in-order to view stats. Way to 343. My thanks for taking it up another notch. I prefer they transfer everything back over to bungie since they know how to keep stats in order.
Your likely experiencing some bad luck or the site itself is having problems (updates, etc). If you feel that 343 isn’t doing a good job then please go back to Bungie
I’ve been having problems viewing statistics and game history all day.
Quit complaining, they’re too busy putting their time and resources into Halo 4 to have a perfect website as well. They shouldn’t put two much time into Reach because it’s on its last legs - Halo 4 is releasing in four months.
I expect a full site overhaul and much faster forums shortly after Halo 4 is released.

What browser are you using?
When did it start happening?
How long has this been going on?
Have you tried to PM and Mod or someone in the Admins?
You can only view your own stats if you’re logged in.
Right now you can’t view anyone else’s. You may get the initial service record landing page, but clicking any of the links like game history or stats simply causes the reloading of the service record - you can’t get past the initial page.

Just to say, that’s a known issue, the web team are aware of it
