- People with the same outline as your team color are friendlies, you can’t damage them. People with a different team outline than you (tends to be red), are enemies, shoot at them instead.
- If you grab the flag or other objective item, you can get into the passenger seat of vehicles. This is far faster than ignoring the vehicle honking right next to you and trying to leg it across the map.
- If you take your foot off the gas in vehicles once in a while on dicey terrain or around corners, you won’t flip so much.
- Once you break someone’s shields, go for headshots, they do do more damage at that point.
- If an opponent drops a power weapon, use your interaction button to grab it, even if you don’t immediately want to use it. Grab any power weapon you see on map to prevent enemies from getting them best as you can. Same with vehicles in enemy spawns. Destroy them when possible.
- Vehicles with guns on them are better used from a distance. This will help you not constantly get hijacked and turn over a good vehicle to the enemy.
- Likewise, aerial vehicles are most effective when they are high up in the air where you’re difficult to reach or shoot at and won’t get grapple hijacked.
- The sniper rifle is good at shooting people from far away.
- Remember to -Yoink!- your opponents when you’ve killed them. This can be performed by rapidly tapping your crouch button. Add one or two melee strikes.
