i think it is Forerunner. if its really in the game. why?
look at the Needler and Needle Rifle. this looks like a better version of those. it is known that the Covenant reverse-engineered Forerunner weapons/technology. the Needler/Needle Rifle could be offspring of this Reaper.

343i denied the ownership of this artwork a long while back. Now that’s not to say it is fake. Could be, could be not.
However I like the concept art, looks tight.
Anything even confirmed that’s real? It’s not hard to make artwork and slap the 343 logo on it. That Halo4Follower guy on YouTube did on old concept art form previous Halo games.

i cant remember where but it was fake its not real halo4follower said it i think its fake and does not exist but i would have to say it looks like a precursor weapon dont ask me how because i knoe all the stuff in promordium and stuff and that we havent actualy seen a spoiler allert fully evolved precursor yet but hay thats what i think.

I wouldn’t trust anything Halo4Follower says unless he links some evidence because from what i’ve seen of his videos he often just makes up stuff and trys to pass it off as facts.

Halo4Follower’s an unreliable source. I wouldn’t trust him. He thinks that pictures of Halo Custom Edition are Halo 4 leaks.
