So, I hopped in a game of Warzone Turbo on Noctus a few minutes ago, was doin’ fairly decent so I thought I’d spawn in a Kirth’s (Krith’s?) Left Hand and an Active Camo 2. About 30 second or so went on and no kills, so I started movin’ and BAM, Banshee ate me up (lmfao). Not the reason for this thread, but I picked it back up after I died and started goin’ straight ham with beam rifles/snipers (mind you half the team were snipers, too), and ended up with 17 kills in all from about 2 or 3 of my own REQs and one Beam Rifle I found. So, I started thinkin’ “Hm, I’m doin’ fairly decent. Lemme try and call in the only Prophet’s Bane I have” NOPE. I crouch walked my way halfway through the map of Noctus to stay as invis as possible, and I’m on the walkway, and the FIRST person I come across walks about 10 feet in front of me (part of my body’s still behind a wall), thrusters back and just lays me out and teabags me (not gonna lie, I think teabagging is hilarious so that eased the salt a good bit).
So, my question is, have any of you experienced games like this? Having a fairly good game, doming everyone you see, then call in a mythic (mainly talking about Prophet’s Bane) and get laid out the moment you come across someone, even though you are totally off the radar and completely invis (changed my Armor Mod to Advanced Sensors just for the Bane)? That’s probably the worst way I’ve lost a legendary/mythic to date, lmfaoo. Anyone care to share their salt stories?
