The lack of Forge is really hurting the game for me right now. Forge is something I’ve been passionate about ever since Halo 3 (especially once Sandbox came out). I want them to do it right, have time and release it polished with new features but knowing that it probably won’t come until mid-summer at the earliest is just devastating to me, especially since we don’t know if we are even getting any new maps until May.

Exactly. Does matter if the gameplay is “good”. It’s still designed to get you on the game pass and buy MX. The entire concept of “seasons” is made for players to spend every month or so. Dangle a master chief cover on the game, a BR in competitive and all the die hard fans will eat it up. It’s the only reason this game is even alive. The fact that it has the Halo name.

Not saying it’s a bad thing but the balance is tipped to in favor of teammate work. You can’t really do much but pot shot in this game when things really get heated. It’s one of the reasons I don’t like br as a start but on the other hand you are a static object moving about in open maps. Very little room to show off your skill

I agree. MCC really was unplayable! The fact hat they either never saw the horrendous amount of glitches from the menu to campaign to matchmaking or just ignored said glitches was astounding.
But look at it now! Look at it 1 year after launch, really. I’m confident Halo Infinite will be the greatest before too long. I actually really like it now!

I hope you are right, but won’t hold my breath. They only have so long before the next wave of games comes out and steals all attention away from Infinite.
Not saying it can’t or won’t be fixed and made right, I just don’t think people will come back in droves to see it. I hope they do, but wouldn’t count on it.

MCC at the very least could exploit both the free updates and Nostalgia from the classic titles to boost its numbers.
Even then, MCC itself is still not what I would call a “quality release”

Nahh halo 5 had a bigger skill gap that’s why I enjoyed it unlike halo infinite all you need is to spam the AR and throw a grenade that has remarkable blast radius to kill someone u hardly need any skill to aim your grenades now or aim In General it’s pathetic and not rewarding what’s so ever

I wouldn’t call it a quality launch, but it has certainly become a quality release. One of the best bang for you buck titles out there currently, just underneath Borderlands 2 and Skyrim.

thats social so its fine as the skill gap is suppose to be low. ranked has no AR start and grenades do friendly damage and have no hitmarkers.

The game has had three small updates since release. Don’t treat this like a live service game. If it stinks then don’t play it. I’m not insulting you. The game is early access and has major, major issues. Come back in a year. Forge won’t even release for over half a year. If 343i is going to make this game better then they will have done it by then.

Oh yea they have lost all good faith they have. Ots crazy but people are still oh be ause they went semi Open world it was a huge task… meanwhile Ubisoft easily craps out open world games likes it just another Tuesday… Fortnite keeps delivering content and was able to destroy and rebuild entiremaps nearly overnight . Even COD has kept their bare minimum expectations at the very least.
But 343 man they struggle to even put together a game in a way other developers do in their sleep

I can’t believe he just said that. The game is not early access and it is a Live service game, hell the devs keep reminding us it’s a live service game…
We are going to treat it as it is. And it’s a full release of a beta game. And they are just trying to patch in the rest of the game and disguise it as content .
Hey so I have replayed the campaign and cannot see how a Co Op campaign wants able to be in it by now. The only guess is we are just playing the test build. That’s why it has no replayabke missions unless you start a new game file, and conop can’t be put in it. I honestly think they never even had a Co Op built yet.

Hey notice how the 800 credit store bundle just has an Armor affect and the same emblem 4 times. Like seriously they are selling. You the same Jpeg 4 times and calling that more content … that bundle is a joke.

Yes they really are trying to be scummy.
We simply wanted lower prices and to buy the items in the existing bundle 1 item at a time… and they did something totally different that no one asked for.
