Actually health packs are kind of unnecessary considering we have regenerative shields.
Not a damn thing brother! I had them in my Reach maps at both bases. Works for me!
Peace!

I dont think it really adds to strategy.
So in most 1v1s you will get a hit on health. This means the next engagement isnt an even fight in the same frequency as it is with regen.
It also makes camping health pick ups an easy way to mop kills.
It has some cool interactions and in the br id see it as adding strategy due to the personal resource management focus of brs.
An oprion and a few game modes for health pack based play be great but i think the low floor high cieling design that made halo so ubiquitous in the gaming landscape is bolsterd hugely by regen.
But that said odst was my fav halo sooooā¦
My first post since this game was released, Iāve played all the FPS for when they released and have been on this forum ions. I must say, Iāam saddened to see so many people upset with this game. This will be the FPS for Halo that I will have yet to get and played. I lost my appeal for Xbox, and Halo Infinite sometime along the way before Launch. I thought this could be the one, but closer to the date on launch, with more news coming out, something stunk, it wasnāt the Flood this time⦠Halo has stressed me out, Iāve been loyal, getting Inheritor and 152, for what?? Idk, I canāt do it anymore, things arenāt how they used to be, and I must treat my time more preciouslyā¦
Good look to all you fellow OGs and new fans still trying to carry the torch ![]()
Ok
Have wonderful future endeavors then.
I think this game will be decent in a other 1-3 years. Unfortunately, thatās way too late and by then basically no one will care. Itās too bad really, because the core gameplay of Halo infinite is pretty good and a lot of people like it. It just has WAY too many problems!!
I wish people would stop supporting games and developers that keep releasing broken, unfinished products. The only way things will change is if companies are hit in the pocketbook and thatās it.
with my last bit of copium-235, i say to myself and others. MCC was abysmal for a while at launch and for a while after, but as it is today is the peak halo experience. I would recommend it to everyone for any number of reasons. its got basically everything. customization, āshopā, progression, playlists, customs⦠the list goes on. it was all handled well. it also helps that no micro transactions for customization exists. the only thing close is h3 odst and reach costing i think $10 which honestly i not only didnt mind but preferred being that they were post launch additions and spin off games. they felt more like old school dlc doing it that way. instead of how we have now, armor, colors, skins are largely paid for through a a battle pass or directly in the shop. maps are dry, game modes are dry, etcā¦
The only reason Iām still playing this game is because I donāt like battle royales and Tarkov clones,w and my system refuses to even launch Call of Duty even though I had no issues with it initially.
The game in my opion needs three things, one is split screen as halo is known for its split screen feature, i always love playing halo with my friends when they come over and we hang out. Second, halo multiplayer is good, but halo cant live without split screen, one major reason halo is what it is due to the enjoyment you get playing at your house on split screen. Also halo infinte in its forge mode needs campainable Aiās, and please add a working scarb, pelican, and functional vechials that we could never use in other halo games. This game is supposed to be infinte even if features like split screen are not a 100 percent luanch it now and fix it as time passes by. Becuase right now it sounds like i need to buy two xbox one counsoules at my house to play with my friends at my house, i know this isnt your intention but honeslty what is halo forge if you cant play ot on split screen. And every game you have done along with many other games have been able to do split screen. Please make these two request come into the game. Thank you.
Best of luck on future projects
