I’ve been a huge Halo fan since it first came out many years ago, but when I spend money on a product that I expect to work. I have done multiplayer on the anniversary maps a few times, maybe like 5-10 times in the past 3 days when I would have normally had more than 200 games in by now. Now I try to do campaign with my friend and it;s nearly impossible, we have spent 5 hours on this mission in total today, but it keeps saying that the connection was lost, we can both talk to each other and hear each other but it continues to say disconnecting and it counts down from 15 when it ends, it ends the game without saving a lick of -Yoink- for progress. It has stopped a couple of times though, it would get to around 10 seconds on the countdown and bring us back to the game, but when that happens we are frozen. Added up in total time of “wasted” campaign game play its around 7-8 hours due to terrible connectivity in the campaign. I mostly posted this so 343 might see this and fix their terrible mistake of a game, but if anyone has a solution please, don’t hesitate to respond with anything that might work. We’ve tried to reset out routers and modems and had or internet service providers refresh our modem signals and it still does this, like I said earlier, both of our connections are obviously fine it’s just yet another flaw in the game. if this crazy BS doesn’t get fixed 343 can expect a huge decline in profits when Halo 5 hits the shelves. I know if this doesn’t get fixed I’m for one not buying anymore products from 343.
Any reply contributing to the 343 community or to my personal issues is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
