add toggle feature to block PC players in Ranked I can 100% promise you this… I really do not want this to die off quickly it’s that bad I’m begging you to PLEASE ADD TOGGLE FEATURE! I love this game but even I’m losing patience enough to keep dealing with unwinnable games against PC players on what I like to call… “1sec ahead” advantages…

It’s not even the cosmetics or reward or etc, believe me I’ve played over 1k ranked games and it’s 100% forced crossplay issue… 19 of my xbox player friends all either quit or lost patience dealing with not being able to kill PC players… 12 out of the 19 I added from rank that used to consistently grind rank, all thats a diamond 1-5 wanting Onyx was lost their motivation… even the ones using mods to use m&k hoping to cheat in controller only still cannot outgun PC players is the issue…

If you got a statistics of over 90% of xbox players that’s getting destroyed by PC players, which 90% of the PC players are destroying xbox players, that’s a huge… HUGE problem! I’m trying to speed things up getting my PC to work to help show the statistics & to be able to prove by showing tons of video clips of Xbox players getting destroyed unable to kill with last shots and I’m freaking out since it’s taking longer than I expected to fix my PC to be able to upload & share whata going on.

PC players, if you guys love this game and you dont want this game to die very fast, you need to help us to verify this, PAY ATTENTION to every Ranked games you won by looking at the KDA, and checking out the losing team player’s console they use. Especially look at who has the most deaths, lowest kills 90% are the xbox players… for those xbox players doing really well, checkout what’s helping them to get good KDA by assists… the PC player’s assist on the losing team that’s helping xbox players getting kills.

I love crossplay and I’ve been asking this for a long time… I always wanted this, but not like this especially in ranked… we know the PC is the super master race no doubt, and we even know the m&k is far more superior if you master the accuracy. I chose xbox because I love the controller & especially the vibration sensation it helps me to somewhat be immerse into virtual world & being deaf it helps a ton plus always loved being able to out perform majority controller players it’s just part of being deaf with some abilities being enhanced. Not only that, it’s awesome to not deal with any cheaters on Xbox because of how the structure is different, online making it almost impossible to cheat…

But if this forced crossplay continues… this game isnt going to survive, that toggle feature needs to be added in order to survive, no xbox players are going to want to not be able to get onyx and getting destroyed by PC players I can 100% promise you this, I may not have all the awnsers on why we cant kill PC players, this is new and never been done before on this scale but it is 100% killing us… 100% killing our motivation, whats the point of playing it anymore if we’re forced to lose and can only win by having PC players helping to lower PCs health or finishing off last shot for us…

What is the point…

Some PC players knows this and needs to stop playing it down, you’re doing the opposite by killing this game feeding your pleasure to keep winning, I totally get it but ask yourselves… is it worth it?

We’re not asking to cut you off completely, we’re asking for some space in ranked games, i love playing with PC players in social, customs, etc but ranked games so far… is a huge no just because we cannot kill you and should not have to play so hard to point where we blistered our hands to barely be able to kill… PLEASE, help us by verifying this to keep this game alive AND to keep crossplay but a toggle feature option for ranked…

i kinda just gave up on ranked games too joining the rest of xbox players that’s leaving this to PC players since we dont got a choice, it really sucks to have my childhood being destroyed it’s just not fun anymore & losing motivation because we cannot outgun PC players… :frowning: …

One more thing, I have thought about somehow… affording a PC way out of my budget and slapping controller on it & this way I can easily get an Onyx by destroying xbox players but the more I think about it… it starts to feel like pay 2 win… pay 2 win always kills games period… and it’s not the answer to this solution… and I really dont want this game to die quickly :confused: this is not the way to go and I want this game to survive & grow, not die…

The game is dying, but definitely not because of ranked.
The game itself has been unstable af, and desync has been plaguing it since launch. BTB has been broken for 3 weeks now. Who gives a crap about Ranked when the entire game is falling apart?

Well yeah it it also that too :roll_eyes: I’ve only been paying attention to that since I noticed all my friends were quitting with that specific reason, seen Soo many people flipping out with speech to text not being able to kill& rage quitting :pensive:

Btw if you wanna make sure not to crash, I found a technique to fix that problem is to make sure that every 3-5 games you play, make sure you quit Halo infinite/close the game, and then start it back up. E do that for every 3-5 games even though we shouldn’t have to… But that’s the only way to prevent crashes :pensive:

But I feel y’all’s pain too… it’s amazing how they barely fixed bunch of problems still persistent this greed crap is getting -Yoink!- old… I mean it’s common sense if they wanna really make more $, listen to the community and stop spending $ we gave em on vacations… It’s a no brainer omg… Have ton of opportunity to really make this game alive with the social media advantages telling em what we want…

Uhhhh… no one plays this on PC anymore. Controllers and xbox have been proven to just be better. You’re way off here lol.

Infinite usually has less than 4,000 players on Steam every time I look. There aren’t enough PC players left to impact the game in any way. I play on PC with a controller, and the game runs like crap. I’m Platinum 2 in ranked. PC is more of a liability than a boost.

I mean I’m waiting in the lobby and it takes 10 minutes for me to find a game. By the time I hear something like oddball in my earphones I’m in the other room doing something else…anyone else having trouble finding a game in open crossplay?

Don’t advocate for the removal of PC as a supported platform, rather not pay 500 dollars just to play this game.

He didn’t say remove… just a toggle option so Xbox players don’t have to subject themselves to PC players if they don’t want

Halo needs to stay on PC for good it’s the platform with the highest potential by FAR. Just need real anti cheat support and more robust optimization. In general a gaming experience available on more platforms is always better than exclusives.

I know a ton of people on xbox one and series that use KnM to play this game, i use controller on pc and play at around roughly 165fps capped, i no longer get stutters and it runs pretty smooth these days. just a shame that playing online via console adds about 30 - 40 ms to your average ping times.
