Hello my name is Gerardo i have been playing the halo wars series since halo wars 1 release. I especially love camping with my two best friends. My experience on halo wars 2 has been sadly very awful due to lagging in most games and even going so far as to get disconnected. I am a very lonley guy who drives taxis all day. so when i get home after a long and hard fought day i get excited because i get to play and camp with my two best friends on halo wars 2 but i cant which makes me very sad 
but my friends also get very sad because they lag also. So i decided to play halo wars 2 on pc. and let me just say that was a bad idea. I didnt just get lag and disconnected but i also got malware. which made me sad again So i would like to bring awareness to my problems.

I have a sneaking suspicion this is most definitely a troll… but I’ll bite, because I’m bored. 
If you had a legal copy of HW2 for PC, there is literally no way it would have given you Malware. The only way to legally install that game is through the windows store, which comes directly down the line from Microsoft. I don’t think microsoft is sending out malware through their store services.
As for lag, on PC your specs are likely not good enough. On console, you shouldn’t be experiencing lag in general, unless you’re playing online with a poor connection.

i gave evidence malware was detected. And my specs run the game just fine its the connection which is the problem and i dont lag and disconnect constantly on any other game. and im not alone with connection being bad.
Malware being detected is likely the result of a false positive from your scanner, which happens time to time. I would make sure and update your definitions and also run Windows update if you haven’t in a while. MS store is pretty locked down
You may want to set an exclusion on the game so that you can run it. if the below link doesn’t work you can reach out to Kaspersky support for further help
