Well, I have to blow off some steam because I just heard the news about the ranking system. Poor move. Anyway, onto what I wanted to make a thread about. Remember bungie.net, with it’s superior layout (to this forum, if you consider it one, lol). They had stickied threads and “hot” ones listed on the right portion of the page. Why, they even listed 20-30 single threads on the first page of each forum.
But then compare it to this “place”. No comparison. That is all.
The layout of Waypoint is solid, if they could just get the site to operate consistently I would be exceedingly happy.
Bnet still exist so if this is not to your liking, well you know. But I would suggest sticking around as this is now the official home of Halo and its going to get really interesting around here in a couple of days.

If they would get waypoint on Taptalk I would be exceedingly happy.
I’m sorry, but the mobile (which I mostly use) still isn’t that great.
If you don’t like it there’s plenty of other Forums to visit. However, this is the only official Halo forum so I guess it’s a case of like it or lump it.
While I preferred Bungie’s forum look I’ve got so used to this one now that I can barely look at Bungie’s forum without getting annoyed. You’ll get used to it OP.
Personally, I too prefer the layout of B.net. However, I don’t think the layout here is “bad” by any definition of the word. In fact, compared to the other forums I have seen in my life, the layout on B.net was rather unique. If 343i can make this site a bit more robust (fast and less prone to errors), I don’t think the layout really matters as much. Granted, I will always love the dark background of B.net and prefer it to everything else, makes long forum sessions so much easier toy our eyes.
I thought this was gonna be a thread about the inconsistent performance. Other than that I have no Issues with the site and I feel that its structured far better than some other forums I’ve been to.

Oddly enough, the forum/site issues have stopped for me completely as of yesterday.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It has also been a good day for me, too. However, I wouldn’t expect the next days be as good. I only hope that the update fixes all these problems permanently.

So did I, and the forums are going slow and fast intermittently.
