Hey, we people fighting against 343 are fighting because we love the game and want it to live.
More people are leaving because of 343’s decision, than there are people returning because of those same decisions.

Lmao I heard this same argument 6 months into Halo: Reach…this community has turned into a cesspool of whiney, impatient, jerks who think they are entitled to get what they “deserve”

I love Halo. I love Halo 5’s core gameplay. But it has issues, and sitting back and not saying anything isn’t going to fix them. Warzone Assault still doesn’t work for a large player base, yet 343 have the cheek to release a map for it. This is an issue that needs to be brought up constantly until 343 deals with it.
Action is the only way to get anything done.
… Is that a quote frrom Godzilla 2014 or something? LOLOL “The hour against of man thinking that nature is in our control, and not the other way around. Let them fight”

Hahaha yes.
I get that many are pointing out what they feel is wrong and I think that’s definitely necessary. Problem is, different people think of different things that are wrong which lead to disagreements which lead to arguments which lead to pointless comparisons between Destiny and Halo or between Bungie and 343 or between the dress being white and gold or blue and black.
The fact of the matter is 343 can’t please everyone but everyone has an opinion therefore there will always be people who are not satisfied who will argue about their unsatisfaction (is that even a word?) and in turn there will be those who argue against that argument and so on and so forth etc yada yada yada…
So I say let’s just make do with what we have. And for those that want to continue with their arguments, I say
Let them fight…

I’ve definitely seen the ineffective arguments and pointless comparisons you’re talking about (and haha, it does call back to that dress, doesn’t it?). But I’ve also seen resounding agreement from the community on several flaws of Halo 5, mostly regarding the lackluster campaign. I know 343 can’t please everyone, but from what I’ve seen these past few months, most casual fans, lore buffs, and gaming critics alike all seem to have some complaints with the way this campaign was executed. This suggests that it’s not simply a matter of a few people having different opinions; it is a real problem narrative problem of the game. My hope is that 343 takes the complaints to heart and fixes them so they can deliver a stellar campaign for Halo 6. Which is why, yes, as you say, we’ll keep fighting.

I think the point he’s making is that with every game there are always nothing but complaints. Hell I remember nothing but whiney complainers during the Halo 3 days. And that game is looked at as the pinnacle of Halo.
We get to Halo 7 and everyone will wish for the “golden years” of Halo 5 lol.
Arguing is good, and healthy. Never let anyone tell you arguing is bad. Unless of course it isn’t constructive. I have seen very constructive arguments for each side of the spectrum of “Halo 5 should be [insert point here] v. Halo 5 should not be [insert point here]”. But I have also witnessed some very…unpleasant individual’s arguments. If you want to even call them that. I think the community would more well off by freely expressing thoughts and opinions in a CONSTRUCTIVE manner. Calling someone a “-Yoink- 4 fac3” and then saying “your stupid and halo 5 is the best because it is good” is not presenting anything helpful to the community. The community stereotypes each other. And therein lies the problem. If everyone was rational, more work would be accomplished. I know it’s hard, but set aside your emotions, your bias, and really look at the facts. Don’t let your wallet get you upset because it lost $60 on what you believe is only half a game, decide for yourself by analyzing data, reviewing it, and then drawing a constructive conclusion. And also don’t get upset because other people are trying to disprove your argumentative view point. That is how a debate works. Don’t get emotional, get smarter than your opponent. If you want them to accept your view point, you have to out smart them. But you also must be open to the fact that they can outsmart you. But this is where the competition lives. I encourage you guys to keep bringing up new points so that 343i has a chance to see them and possibly make a decision that will benefit the majority side. Because it never was about the minority of players, it has always been about the majority. 343i is just a lost cat in a dark and intimidating forest. It needs guidance and help from us. And the only way we can do that is by fighting over what path is the best for the franchise.
The last thing this community needs is more threads “analyzing” the state of this community.
