Guys, why is every post, like every one of them a hate post. As a halo community you can atleast have respect for halo 5 because its a halo game?

I think the majority feel the same way I do. Halo 5 has an amazing amount of potential but 343 is too lackluster and talentless to do anything with it. At this point I honestly can’t blame the complainers because they have every right to be frustrated.
Yep even i am joining their ranks it seems, No update on the regional selection which is sorely needed. Half of their playerbase is outside of the US and and that is going off sales. 343 Have shown in 3 successive updates its all about the RNG with REQS these REQS should be added separately to the content updates its abysmal how badly they have performed as of late.
Because if you don’t give criticism they will keep doing what they’re doing?

Yeah, while i mostly disagree with the complainers there mostly right. Halo is missing its typical halo gamodes like infection etc.

Yes thats a reason to bring hate bu the game has improved alot, bcuz warzone is just fun. But they need to add gametypes indeed

Can you really say that when you don’t know what’s going on at their studio?
They are not liking the fact that the free DLC is not giving what they want. The hate posts are about not giving us enough maps, bad skins and what not. DLC in previous Halo titles has given us only maps and that was basically it, except Halo 4, which I believe was the first to give us skins for weapons. They don’t realize that the maps in DLC we have received before by bungie were paid as in 10 or 15 bucks for a map pack. Not only that a comment saying that they paid good money for this game should mean that they need to give us better maps. You paid for the game and a couple of req packs and you are getting free DLC. If you wanted better maps then that would mean it would have to be paid for. If its free, they are gonna have to cut corners to make it free, because remixing a map is quick and easy, and does not involve developing an entire new map each time, which saves time and money. Maybe they have developed an entirely new map or maps and are play testing. Who knows??!?! If there was ever to be a paid DLC because the free DLC ends in June I believe, I would pay for it.
I think everyone can agree that Halo 5 is a good game. The problem is that it had so much more potential to absolutely set a new bar for modern games to try and beat, but all of that potential wasn’t realised by 343 and Microsoft leaving us with the current Halo 5 we have today.

I’m sure there is. A lot of people like Warzone and Arena. They just don’t voice their opinion as much as the ragers and haters do. I like both, enough for me to switch back and forth. Its what I’ve always done with previous Halo games. Going from slayer to something really fun and crazy to relax me.

M2 i always do 1 warzone to chill, then i play abit of arena and then warzone again

You are nuts if you would pay for the DLC we are getting. It’s laughable from any sane perspective that what we are getting is “free”. It’s ALWAYS been free, it was always INCLUDED (not talking skins, reqs and garbage, btw, nobody gives a -Yoink- about that).

And I think maps are constantly being tested and probably prolonged if they find errors. However I don’t understand how they gave Overgrowth a green light to be released. That map needs better weapon placements and exploits need to be fixed, like Antifreeze.
