Not naming any names here but a player who claimed to be a former #1 for Griffball has hounded me to try and play an. IBRAWL match (whatever that is). After declining saying that their ego was inflated enough he then responded saying he had recorded the entire conversation and was now about to publish it on Social media.
After being an Xbox live member for 8 years I have never seen something like this happen. And it chills me to the bone. This community has fallen so far it’s tragic.
That said is there any way to report the behaviour or am I on my own?

You can report their gamer tags to Xbox live and move on. Who cares if they post the conversation to social media. I wouldn’t really answer any messages from randoms online, sounds like nothing, but trouble.

Don’t answer weird or suspicious messages on xbox because your just going to get in trouble.

Yeah, I was about to the say the same thing. One example of people being jerks doesn’t mean the community as a whole is bad. There are some really great people in the Halo community, that’s part of what makes the experience so awesome.

I know it’s hard, but just ignore him. If you rise up to his challenge he will only become a larger -Yoink- and you don’t want that.

Chances are, whoever this particular user is, isn’t that popular on social media. So, I wouldn’t worry about it.

Just yesterday a friend who was playing on my account got hit offline, also my friend did aswell by some renown booter on reach for beating him silly in an assassination custom game. Even though I’m narcissistic thats extreme pettiness.
