Disappointed that we didn’t get a snow/desert type Forge map…although that place is pretty deserted.

Very good video. Very good maps. Although, I thought the worlds would actually a bit bigger than Forge World on Reach. And I also thought the budget would of increased a lot more. Ah well.

i think that’s why the split it all up.
i don’t think 3 “forge-world sized maps” would be able to fit onto the disc, so they made 3 smaller forge maps with different terrains, themes, etc. so we could have more variety.
Nice. I’m quite happy with the new forge maps. and it looks like they’re giving us a lot of freedom.
Wow, this looks great.
So no snow/city/desert maps like we always asked for. But what we do get doesn’t dissapoint at all.
I can imagine all kinds of great maps being build there. That space map could house a Boarding Action remake (or spiritual successor with zero g in the middle and stuff like mancannons and the likes), and it would be great for space themed Flood maps (creepy Alien-vibe maps? Anyone?)
Erosion looks like the lesser of the 3 I must say. Can’t really remake Waterworks there = sadface. And it has the least flat surfaces so it seems like the hardest one to forge real new maps on to me…then again: I’m not into the Forge scene so people will inevitable prove me wrong.
And Ravine: just classic stuff.
Really looking forward to this!
Awwe, I was hoping for a Covy Forge space.
Well, there’s still one multiplayer map left to reveal, it had better be a symmetrical, circular Covenant map akin to Midship or Zealot.

These are waaaaaaaaay too small to make anything ‘big’ on, judging by that video.
Nice video ravine maps kind of reminds me the Halo mission in CE.

Anyways, I can’t decide which forge environment I like best. Impact and Erosion both look like you could make some -Yoink- Flood maps and Ravine is just, like they said, the classic rolling green hills Forenrunner stuff (which I love).
My only disappointment is that there aren’t Desert, Snow, and Covenant (Or Covenant in snow, then I could remake everyone’s favorite map. Snowbound. )themed Forge maps. Maybe in DLC? Hopeful
EDIT: Where it says Yoink Flood Maps, that was a good adjective.
These maps are just amazing but there is one concern I have and that is that you won’t be able to forge on the other non forge world maps like you could in the past.
