Interest check!?
Ok, so there are a ton of people stuck in their rankings and cannot advance. Myself being one of them, I simply cannot get out of the Gold division no matter how hard I try, with out a team I cannot rank in to Platinum or Diamond. How about a group that is on 247 that is simply there just to help everyone that wants to advance and cannot join a clan ? … I have a feeling I am not alone here. The Gold division is incredibly difficult to move forward from, since we are pitted against unranked and the unfairly ranked are all tossed in this same pool. Its exhausting.
I would be happy to organize a group that is not obligated to practice or report to, a group where you can join in any time, and that runs 24/7/ The idea with hopefully stop players from leaving the games early and learn how to team play, somewhat. Once you get to your respective level you can simply move on. What I am hoping to do is get this group running all day and night, if your interested , post below. There is obviously a problem with the placement in this game, if you can leave your ego at the door we can do this.

I am definitely interested. The times of day I get to play can be pretty erratic so the constant availability sounds good.
I had a similar issue with the gold division in the swat playlist. I did make it up to platinum, but a few days later they started season 1 and reset the rankings 
Let me know if you start something, whether it be a spartan company or something less formal.
Edit: I don’t limit myself solely to the swat playlist, just a relevant example from my experience.

Not exactly, I have a group of friends that I already play with that are Diamond/Plat. If I had a couple days off work i could make this happen. My troubles are my schedule. Creating something that lasts 247 might make it more inviting and not being obligated to reporting to a team or even -Yoink!- someone off, from another clan. The goal of the group is to make friends, learn to work as a team and advance your ranking.
If you have a team that does not leave early during a game, its worth it for me.

I did not know this existed. We can name it something else. The idea is that someone will on 247 for people with -Yoinked!- up schedules.
